The computer/printer/internet isn't working!
What do I do?

First: RESTART THE COMPUTER! (Not really "yelling" there, but as cliché as it seems, this fixes the vast majority of problems.)

Then log back in and see if your problem is fixed. If not, please let us know by filling out a tech request form.

If you don't fill out a tech request,
we have no way of knowing there is a problem.
